I operate a we come to you jeweller model. I offer in-person consultations in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast. Outside of these areas, we meet via Zoom. There is no jewellery shop. There is no showroom. I do not carry a collection. Every piece of jewellery is designed around you and handcrafted specifically for you.

Engagement rings and wedding bands experience constant wear. Even a beautifully cut round diamond, oval diamond, or princess cut stone will gradually lose brilliance without professional cleaning. Coloured gemstones such as sapphire, emerald, tourmaline, and other precious stones also require periodic inspection.
That is why ongoing care matters.
For every bespoke piece of jewellery I create, I provide lifetime professional support that includes:
- Professional cleaning and polishing to restore brilliance across yellow gold, rose gold, white gold, pink gold, platinum, and sterling silver
- Claw and setting inspections to ensure diamonds and gemstone options, such as sapphire and emerald, remain secure
- Structural checks on diamond bands, halo settings, cluster designs, and multi-stone pieces
There is no expiry period. If I crafted your engagement ring, wedding ring, or other piece of jewellery, I will inspect it.
Clients in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast can arrange in-person servicing. For all other areas across Australia, we coordinate secure shipping and Zoom consultations. It is designed to be simple and convenient.

Because I personally design and handcraft each bespoke ring and other piece of jewellery, I know exactly how it was built. That knowledge matters when assessing repairs.
If there is ever an unlikely manufacturing fault, I stand by my craftsmanship and will ensure it is put right. I do not offer an extended warranty or blanket insurance. I offer something more practical. Direct accountability from the jeweller who created your piece.

A retail jewellery shop often operates with substantial overhead from physical shop fronts, which can influence pricing structures. I operate differently. My focus is not on selling what is in a collection. My focus is on helping you create what you actually want.
Ongoing protection is part of the responsibility I accept when you choose to add a bespoke piece to your collection. Jewellery is worn daily, often without a second thought. Over time, subtle movement in a setting or gradual wear in yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, or pink gold can occur. The key is addressing these changes early. When you book a review with me, we assess the piece properly and make informed decisions that protect its structure and longevity.
This is not a traditional retail jewellery shop environment. You are not speaking with sales staff or relying on a generic service department. Resizing & Adjustments as Your Life Evolves
Life changes. Ring sizes change.
Pregnancy, weight shifts, climate differences, and time all affect how a ring fits. That is normal. Resizing is one of the most common services for diamond engagement rings and wedding bands.
From the very first consultation, I design with longevity in mind. I consider metal thickness, structural integrity, and future resizing potential. Certain designs, such as full eternity bands, require special planning, which is why proper design guidance matters from the beginning.
If you are planning a secret proposal, I can also send out our free world-famous Multisizer so sizing can be handled discreetly at home. Keeping the surprise a surprise is often part of my role as your Ringman Wingman.
Every bespoke engagement ring and wedding ring takes approximately four weeks to complete once the design is approved. During that time, I remain available for questions and guidance.
Ring fit will change over time, and resizing should be handled with care. When you book a consultation with me, I assess the structure of your ring properly, whether it is crafted in yellow gold, finished with pink tones, or features a sapphire centre stone. From the initial design stage, I plan for future adjustments so we can add or reduce size without compromising strength or balance.
If you are planning a surprise proposal, I can send our free world-famous Multisizer to help you size discreetly at home. There is no traditional shop or pre-made collection involved. You deal directly with me, and every resizing is completed with the same precision as the original handcrafted piece.
Clear, Transparent Service – With No Hidden Conditions
You deserve a jeweller who actually listens.
I do not have a jewellery shop. I do not carry a range. I do not hold stock. I do not ask you to select from a cabinet. During your consultation, we view jewellery designs together and explore diamonds through my online diamond platform, which connects directly to international dealers. Stones range from under one carat to over five carats.
We do not place diamonds side by side physically because I do not carry diamonds in stock. I show sample sizes and cuts in cubic zirconium to help you understand proportion. Then we analyse real diamonds on the platform, reviewing certification from recognised laboratories such as GIA and IGI.
My role is to educate you on value, cut quality, and how to maximise your budget. Not to pressure you into a sale.
My lifetime service applies to jewellery I have personally crafted. It does not cover loss, theft, or damage caused by third-party alterations. These boundaries are explained clearly at the beginning, so expectations are aligned.
Ethical sourcing is also central to my process. I can source natural or lab grown diamonds, as well as precious gemstones, including sapphire, emerald, and other stones upon request.
Straightforward advice is central to how I work. I do not operate from a retail shop or sell from a preset range. When you book a consultation, we review designs properly, and I explain every step so you can add elements with confidence, whether that includes pink tones, classic finishes, or something more individual.
All service terms are outlined clearly from the beginning. There are no hidden conditions, no shop pressure, and no surprises. You book time directly with me, we discuss your ideas in detail, and we move forward with clarity and purpose.
