We understand how important it is that you feel reassured about purchasing your jewellery from Burgundy Bespoke and that you are 100% happy with your new piece of jewellery. That’s why all of our items come with our Burgundy Bespoke Jewellers lifetime manufacturer’s guarantee.

Our promise

At Burgundy Bespoke, each and every jewellery piece is created just for you, to order, by our master jeweller. Whether custom designed or from our ready to wear collection it is made especially for you.

We are dedicated to ensuring that each piece we create is done so with:

  • the very best quality craftsmanship
  • following our ethical policies and responsible sourcing
  • no manufacturing defects

If you feel there may be a manufacturing issue, of any kind, please contact us at any time. You can return your jewellery to us for our jewellers to have a closer inspection.

In the very unlikely event there is a manufacturing defect, we will carry out repairs or replace your piece for you free of charge.

If the problem is due to accidental damage or general wear, we will always contact you to discuss the best options for repair and the costs involved. There may be a charge for the repair but we will notify you of the estimate before proceeding with any reparative work.

Ensuring the best delivery

For our ready to wear collections, from the moment your payment has processed online we will aim to get your jewellery to you within four weeks. Your order will be trackable online and we will also keep you updated via email throughout the creative process. For our clients ordering a bespoke design, we will meet with you in person or via Zoom to discuss your requirements and then advise you on the estimated time scale and creative process.

We use Australian Post, who will deliver your jewellery to you via fully trackable, secure delivery. We trust them to get your jewellery to you safely and undamaged. Your jewellery will have been parcelled in pristine condition when it leaves our premises. If you think your parcel has been damaged in any way whilst on its journey to you, please get in touch with us straight away. You can track your parcel’s adventure on the Australia Mail website.

If you would prefer to receive your item in person, our jewellery is available to collect from us in Brisbane or we can meet you at a location of your choice within Brisbane city.
