Busy professionals often struggle to find time in their day to shop around for engagement rings – let alone being caught out in the process spoiling the surprise.

Michael met with Reuben at his place of work. The accountant knew exactly what type of ring Shaneel wanted, a pear shaped halo but was a little anxious about making a custom ring.

After the initial meeting Michael met with Reuben for a followup appointment to go over designs and diamonds.

At the final meeting, Michael met with Reuben to hand over the ring, valuation and diamond certificate.

The whole process saved a considerable amount of time running around and Michael was able to maximise Reubens budget by saving him close to a third of what he would have expected to pay at a high street retail store.
