To make the process as easy and stress-free as possible, we come to you. You pick a time and a place, whether it be your home, during your lunch break at work, or your favourite coffee shop and we’ll be there. Need to meet online? We can do that too.
There’s no need to feel rushed, or look over your shoulder while browsing a ring in a public shopfront. This also helps to keep that all-important surprise, a surprise!

The Process
- Make contact via email, contact form on our website or by phone
- Make an appointment for a time and place that suits you. At this stage, we like to go over the ideas of the designs you like to prepare for the meeting. Ensuring you get the most out of it.
- We meet, sometimes once, twice or more depending on your needs. We review designs, costs and the diamonds or gems you desire.
- Proposed designs are returned to you for consideration with all details listed in full.
- You approve the design and costs, pay a deposit and we start the job. We can often have your piece with you in as little as 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the job. We keep you updated with the progress throughout.
- The finished piece is delivered and the final balance is paid.
