Burgundy Bespoke will endeavour to make to agreed specifications where practical however bespoke jewellery has a degree of artistic balance built into the design. This may result in subtle differences occurring during manufacture. This is generally considered acceptable for hand made jewellery. At Burgundy Bespoke we work with you at every stage of the process to create a bespoke piece that closely matches your design as possible and you are informed throughout the process if any design or material changes are required.
The terms of payment, deposit and contracts of a bespoke jewellery commission are agreed for each individual commission at the commencement of the order. All of our bespoke jewellery has a lifetime manufacturer warranty.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- Is unsafe
- Is SIGNIFICANTLY different from the sample or description
- Doesn’t do what we said it would or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
- If the problem is not major we will repair the item within a reasonable time, If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

DIAMOND PURCHASES
We strongly advise arranging an appointment with our master jeweller Michael to take advantage of our free diamond selection service before purchasing a diamond via our website. Loose diamonds cannot be returned if you change your mind and it can be very difficult to assess the quality of a diamond if you are unsure of the varying factors that influence this such as cut, colour and clarity. We do not recommend purchasing a diamond online if you are unsure how diamond grading works or are basing your decision purely on an online image as it is very difficult to get 100% accurate portrayal of a diamonds quality in an online image.

All goods are shipped by secured, registered mail and all items are fully insured.
