My husband contacted Michael because he wanted to commission a ring for a special birthday. All our dealings with Michael were excellent from the start. Communication was great and everything happened on time as he described. He took his time to understand what I liked and my particular taste, which I appreciate are unusual. We chatted through some ideas and I showed him a ring I liked to some extent but then was able to work with him to design my own unique ring. The ring is beautiful and nicer than I imagined. I am really pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to my family or friends. I truly have a beautiful piece of jewellery to enjoy for years to come.
Michael "Ringman Wingman" Dransfield and the Burgundy Bespoke Jewellers are without a doubt phenomenal. Michael invested many an hour exploring my wants/wishes for my partner's ring. He is honest and forward when something wasn't going to work, or perhaps wouldn't look as I had intended. He was able to clearly describe the pearls & pitfalls of designing a ring and all the nuances of how it would sit on the finger & impact its "wearability". His turn around time was very fast (I've previously had jewellery made which took some time). Not that I'll need another engagement ring, but I know where I'll be going for any other jewellery, and who I'll be recommending to those around me!

Michael initially did my fiance's engagement ring which she was thrilled with. So we asked Michael to do our wedding rings. Bronagh had a matching platinum wedding ring set with round brilliant cut diamonds. I tentatively asked Michael if he could do something with my dad's wedding ring (my dad has passed away and my mum had given me his ring). He suggested setting it in a platinum ring and the results are amazing. We are both thrilled with our rings. I highly recommend Michael, he is very patient and all round top bloke.

Michael was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process. As someone who had no prior knowledge of sapphires or other precious stones, Michael took the time to explain to me what to look out for in terms of carat weight, dimensions, clarity etc which allowed me to make an informed decision on the right stone. We looked at multiple stones before deciding on the right one and I never felt pressured by Michael to make a fast decision. We then designed the ring to my specifications and Michael provided good insight on what would work well for my idea. Overall the ring came out just as I had pictured.
