Highly recommend. I needed the diamond on my custom made engagement ring replaced. From the outset Michael was amazing. He came to our house and guided us to pick the diamond that best fit our budget and what we wanted and remade my ring to perfectly match my existing one. My husband contacted Michael because he wanted to commission a ring for a special birthday. All our dealings with Michael were excellent from the start. Communication was great and everything happened on time as he described. He took his time to understand what I liked and my particular taste, which I appreciate are unusual. Michael "Ringman Wingman" Dransfield and the Burgundy Bespoke Jewellers are without a doubt phenomenal. Michael invested many an hour exploring my wants/wishes for my partner's ring. He is honest and forward when something wasn't going to work, or perhaps wouldn't look as I had intended. He was able to clearly describe the pearls & pitfalls of designing a ring and all the nuances of how it would sit on the finger & impact its "wearability". His turn around time was very fast (I've previously had jewellery made which took some time). Not that I'll need another engagement ring, but I know where I'll be going for any other jewellery, and who I'll be recommending to those around me!

Michael initially did my fiance's engagement ring which she was thrilled with. So we asked Michael to do our wedding rings. Bronagh had a matching platinum wedding ring set with round brilliant cut diamonds. I tentatively asked Michael if he could do something with my dad's wedding ring (my dad has passed away and my mum had given me his ring). He suggested setting it in a platinum ring and the results are amazing. We are both thrilled with our rings. I highly recommend Michael, he is very patient and all round top bloke.
